Stunning red, white and blue knit Lilli Ann designer ensemble dating back to the mid 1960's. Lilli Ann was started in San Francisco in 1933 by Adolph Schuman, naming his company for his wife, Lillian. The company became known for their beautiful, elaborately designed suits and coats. This stunning set is fashioned in a soft fully-lined, block color wool knit. The construction is impeccable and has the type of seamed pattern work that one rarely sees today. The coat has an chic mock-turtleneck collar and lean, long sleeves. I adore the wide waist-belt and pleated princess swing skirting. The matching sleeveless a-line tailored dress finishes the ensemble off with a perfect mod vibe. This exquisite Lilli-Ann will make any woman shine during the upcoming cold winter months.
