I love the effortless elegance of this spectacular dress; the silk is sumptuous, and the style is unbelieveable. Gunn Trigère is a Swedish designer who, after marrying Pauline Trigere's brother Robert, opened an exclusive Beverly Hills boutique. This garment is fashioned with vibrant royal-blue to ivory ombre-gradient silk. The silk is then cut into tiers of leaves, creating an astonishing avant-garde texture. I love the one-shoulder "stems" design finished off with floral appliques. A work of wearable art with the artistry and bedazzlement so celebrated in the 1970's.
This garment is in excellent condition with no rips,stains or holes. Perfectly working side-zipper. This item is over 30 years old and is truly stunning.
