Christian Dior is probably the best known name in high fashion since the late 1940's. When the talented Marc Bohan took over as head designer in 1960, he continued the Dior tradition of elegant design. This beautiful two-piece suit is a perfect example of his talent. The fabric used for this garment is breathtaking; sparkling metallic-gold threaded champagne silk-lined linen. I adore the jacket with the rhinestone buttons, mock side-pockets and long,lean sleeves. The skirt is just as fabulous! It has a high-waisted hourglass nipped-waist with a Chanel-style gold hardware built-in tassel chain. The workmanship of this set is impeccable.

This vintage designer two-piece suit is in excellent condition with no rips,stains or holes.Perfectly working side-zipper. This item is over 40 years old and is truly exquisite!
