  • 1994 Moschino Couture Documented 'Heartbreaker' Novelty Print Silk Convertible Dress

    ID: 0120241
    Size: small
    Condition: excellent

An exquisite and ultra rare Moschino Couture black and red silk 'heartbreaker' novelty print silk dress dating back to his documented 1994 spring/summer runway collection. Moschino called himself half tailor, half artist; although he did not cut or sew, he drew frequently, quickly, and spontaneously! His cuts were meticulously constructed and traditional, as well as flattering to the wearer. This sensational convertible maxi mini dress is such a perfect example of why this brand has stood the test of time. I absolutely adore the whimsical large-scale heart print silk used. The bodice has a low cut halter-neck with chic back bow-tie detail and hourglass nipped waist. The skirting is so innovative! There is a flirty peplum style overlay, which flows into a lean, long column shape. Two side drawstrings are attached so you can make it as long or super short as you desire. You can attend a black-tie affair with the gown length and afterwards wear it short to party the night away. This dress would make such an epic Valentine's Day look! The pictures say it all.

    Measurements
    Marked a European 38
    Bust: 32-35 inches
    Waist: 25 inches

This 1994 Moschino Couture documented runway convertible gown is in beautiful condition with no rips, holes or alternations. Perfectly working side zipper and two hidden side pockets. A rare designer dress that will only go up in value.
