I love the rainbow tiered ruffle silk shoulder detailing which is also mirrored at the front hemline. The alternating colored button loops really gives the garment so much depth and texture! This figure flattering garment nips in for an hourglass waist, skims the hip and flares out below the knee in such a flirty design. It is impeccably seamed and on the level of modern day couture.
