Breathtaking French Couture black semi sheer beaded silk-chiffon capelet dating back to the mid 1920's. Evening capes from the Art-Deco era remain a perennial favorite, perhaps because no other period combined such opulence with youthful sass. The casual, free-size scalloped cut of the piece embodies the flapper's "party till dawn" attitude. The sensual silver hue mixed with sparkling prong-set rhinestones whisper "wealth and status." Closes with two top snaps and gorgeous ascot style front. I love how the cut will adapt to pretty much any frame. An extremely rare and hard-to-find garment!
