A breathtaking 1930's sky blue large-scale leaf motif garden gown from the Art-Deco era of glamour. The bodice has elegant cap-sleeves with chic back-bow. I adore the 3-dimensional feel of the luxurious layered lamé fabrics; so ahead of its time. The lower skirt is added in pointed inset seamed pieces typical of the time period and insanely hard to do on bias-cut fabric. This figure flattering garment accentuates the bust, skims the hip and flares out with beautiful high to low waterfall draping. It is impeccably seamed and on the level of modern day couture. Here is a dress with attitude and elegant.
