The ethereal pink leaf-motif deco print used on this early 1930's sheer silk-chiffon gown has a fresh innocence that I find irresistible. This is such a summertime dream dress! The bodice has an elegant v-neck and dramatic short zig-zag handkerchief sleeves. I particularly adore the backside with it's draped ivory lace and asymmetric velvet bow. The piece work to create the skirting in particular is extraordinary. We added many pictures so you could understand this masterful achievement. It is amazing that a dress with this amount of detail and presence can literally feel almost weightless but it does. So romantic and rare.
