This sensational olive green novelty clown-car print dress is a perfect example of the brand's genius. It is a soft knit-wool with all the classic hallmarks of Biba's best- the skinny high capped shoulders, sweetheart plunge bodice and chic ruched-sleeves. I adore the nipped waist peplum swing skirt design which is so figure flattering. The silhouette really channels that 1930's femme-fatale look Biba's founder, Barbara Hulanicki, loved so much. One of the most unique and interesting Bibas I have ever seen.
