Bob Bugnand worked as the chief designer for Jacques Heim and Robert Piquet before opening his own couture workroom in Paris. This stunning watercolor floral gown is a wonderful example of his pure genius. The fabric itself is a masterpiece; luxurious tomato-red satin with large scale flocked orange & pink blossoms. The bodice is a seductive low-cut sweetheart shelf-bust strapless in rich orange velvet. I adore the bow-tie detail!.
