Breathtaking Louis Feraud graphic wool-blend dress from his 1969 iconic couture collection. Feraud's career started when he opened his first French boutique in 1955. As luck would have it, Brigitte Bardot bought one of his dresses and the attention this brought to the store helped to establish his name. Along with Pierre Cardin and Courreges, he revolutionized the fashion world with space-age mod clothing. The unique design takes its inspiration right out of mod subculture with its classic target appliques. The bodice has a chic collar with lean, long zipper-wrist sleeves. The flattering a-line construction emphasizes a woman's gorgeous shape without adding any bulk or volume to the actual hips. Pieces like this are becoming harder and harder to find due to their historical value. A beautiful museum quality wearable treasure that every fashionista looks for.
