This is an incredible late 1950's Saks Fifth Avenue hand-knit ivory cocktail that is completely covered in iridescent sequins & sparkling beadwork. The textured stretch knit has a way of hugging the body that is infinitely flattering. The sleeveless bodice has an elegant square-neck plunge to show off your collarbone. I love the hourglass nipped-waist wiggle skirt silhouette. The entire garment is completely covered in hand-sewn, 3-dimensional novelty grapevines. Sparkling rhinestones add the perfect touch. It is definitely one of the more intricate beaded pieces I have ever seen from this time period and so timeless.
