The French designer, Emanuel Ungaro, imagined colorful and elegant draped garments with an emphasis on flamboyant patterns that enhanced a sense of pure femininity. He dared to mix clashing prints that created a strong visual impact. This ultra rare ensemble, dating back to his 1977 collection, is a wonderful example of his aesthetic. The tie-strap blouse is fashioned from gorgeous turquoise blue patterned silk. This same gorgeous color is also used for one of the two matching sash belts; the other in red silk. The high-waist textured bohemian slightly-pleated swing skirt is so light and effortless to wear. My favorite piece is the semi-sheer printed gypsy jacket with it's cropped sleeves and free-size silhouette. With this rare designer set, you have one complete outfit or amazing separates.
